Water Park, Last Day of VBS 2007

Today was the last day of VBS. Our church had water slides come in and all the children loved it! :D

After being a good daddy and visiting with everyone...Adam wandered into the church and this is where I found him. :D He loves playing his keyboards! {I love seeing him happy!}

Homemade Strawberry Biscotti

Good evening! Sam and I baked some treats again today. Just thought I'd share a pic of our latest creation, strawberry biscotti. :D Yum! I had an end piece when the first came out and they were still soft. We can't wait to have them with breakfast tomorrow.

{For those who don't know, biscotti is a hard Italian cookie...that gets soft in tea or coffee. It's a wonderful treat and I loved this recipe.}

Kefir Rolls with our Girls!

Yesterday morning, our girls and I started baking together. :) They made their first batch of Kefir Rolls and they did a great job!

This is going to be our summer that they learn to cook. I will post pics of their accomplishments as the summer progresses! :D

Here is a pic of our lovely home without the fence! It came down about two weeks ago and we love it. :) I mowed the lawn today and it was so nice not to spend two hours trimming afterwards.

Fireworks July 3rd, 2007

Tonight, in our weird little town, they celebrate the 4th...with fireworks on the 3rd! :D Crazy...let's not even go there, but it's always fun. Tonight, my Mom came with the girls and I. We had a great time. Thanks for coming Mom! XOXO
