Sunday with the Conns

Sunday afternoon started with a family bbq! :)

First Day of Summer Vacation...at the Pool!

Ok...it's the second day of Summer Vacation and we made it to the pool! :-D
This was so much fun. I didn't know how smart it was to bring the camera....but Grandma has never seen them really swim...and I thought it was about time! ;-)
Alex got a swim suit with the square floating pieces in the middle of it. Last year Alex jumped in without her water wings on and gave us all quite a scare...that won't be happening this year! ;-)

They were so wild and having the best time. It is so great to have them home with me for the next few months. I have really missed them. Sam would spend all her time under the water if she could. :-)

It was a great start to the summer! :-)

56 Auto Drive-In "Cars"

Adam and I took our girls to the drive-in tonight to see the movie "Cars". :-) It was so fun....and the movie was so cute!

New Bikes!

Good Evening everyone! :-D Today the girls got their new bikes! Alex was so excited that she took off before Adam could take off her training wheels and put on her extras! LOL

Of course Alex was just trying to keep up with her big sis...who was down the road and back already!

Alex was on her way back...then she took a moment to let Dad do his thing....and she was off again! (For all those looking at this...they are wearing their helmets now...they were so excited before they just took off without them. ;-))

Samantha's Evening Talent Show

Adam got off work early and we all headed to the High School for Sam's Talent Show. It was so great! We were all really proud of her and more importantly...she was proud of herself! :-)

Alex is planning what she wants to do next year...already! :-D
